A more-than-human response to DEFRA's land use consultation
What if the more-than-human world was considered in our decision making and policy processes?
Join us, together with collaborator Feedback and Moral Imaginations to create a more-than-human response to Defra’s Land Use Consultation. Continuing our journey from Roots & Rhythms this is a rare and meaningful opportunity to contribute to shaping land policy in a way that acknowledges the interconnectedness of all life.
Using an Interspecies Council—an innovative governance practice created by Moral Imaginations, you will have an opportunity to listen, imagine with, and for this land and the species who inhabit it.
Through deep listening and radical imagination, we will co-create a response to this consultation—challenging the separation of humans and nature by ensuring that nature is not just a resource but a recognised participant in governance.
We are calling for 25 bold, open-hearted participants—land stewards, citizen scientists, farmers, systems thinkers, community members, activists, and artists—ready to help ensure the more-than-human world is heard in policy decisions.
